A message from the President

As a founding member of The CREW Urban Youth Equestrians in 2020, I embraced my strong belief in the transformative power of connection—to ourselves, to each other, and to the horses that guide us. Growing up, I saw firsthand how limited access to opportunities can impact a young person's sense of self-worth and potential. I wanted to create a space where youth—especially those from underrepresented communities—could experience the healing, growth, and empowerment that come from being in the presence of horses while also building lasting relationships in a community that genuinely cares.

The CREW is more than just an organization; it's a movement that empowers young people to believe in their strength, resilience, and limitless potential. Every lesson, every event, and every interaction is curated to help our youth discover their voice, gain confidence, and feel supported as they navigate life's challenges. I hope that The CREW becomes a place where every individual feels seen and heard and realizes that they belong to something much greater than themselves—a family of encouragement, growth, and boundless opportunity.
